Biography
Gulseren Caglar is a Research Assistant for the Dean’s Office at the Aga Khan University's Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations (AKU-ISMC). Gulseren is a recent graduate of Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen Mary University of London. She has a deep interest in Middle Eastern and North African history and is drawn to researching the political and developmental impacts of historical processes. She is also interested in writing and editing and has worked as an editor for Queen Mary History Journal and as a writer for Queen Mary Diaspora Magazine.
