​Mr. Justice Agha Faisal

​Mr. Justice Agha Faisal was licensed to practice in 1998 and elevated to the bench on 6 February 2018. He holds a B.Sc. Finance from Miami University, LLB (Hons) from University of Buckingham and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn. Since his elevation, he has served in diverse judicial roles and decided 25,000+ cases. 

Appointed by the National Judicial Policy Making Committee, he worked on reducing prolonged litigation in commercial, revenue, and fiscal cases. He has also served on multiple High Court committees and as the monitoring judge for District Naushahro Feroze, where he also helped establish a law library. 

He is affiliated with several universities and academies, including the Sindh Judicial Academy. He also represented the Sindh High Court in US-Pakistan digital economy consultations in Washington DC.​
