Reporting to Assistant Manager Investigations, you will be responsible to perform a variety of security and administrative functions pertaining to the Investigation Unit, which include but are not limited to, maintaining of records and status of investigation reports (IRs) assigned to investigation officers (IOs).
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- carrying out minor security investigations at AKU
- supervising and coordinating the investigation efforts of security supervisors
- maintaining incident reporting forms and disseminating of incident reports to departments
- assisting Manager Security investigations in carrying out of investigations
- maintaining office records of investigation and follow up of investigation reports
- collating incident report data for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Incident analysis reports generation
- ensuring that filing and record keeping are designed and maintained to permit easy retrieval of information
- maintaining close coordination and working in collaboration with other departments for continuity of services
- providing shared administrative support to relevant personnel within the divisions as assigned
- assisting in incident report writing and closure of IRs on AEMS
- coordinating of yearly risk analysis exercise and assisting in compilation of final risk analysis report.
