Reporting to Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible to manage Physical Stocks by maintaining a visible vigilant physical presence and intervene wherever required to prevent any illegal and/or inappropriate actions. 

Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • to carry out day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling, issuance, charging of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per organizational safety  and quality standards
  • carry out general departmental duties as assigned by respective supervisor.
  • assist and perform day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling and issuance of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per defined procedures. 
  • report discrepancies if any found while performing assigned tasks. 
  • timely recording of all transactions into system/ paper documents as per defined procedures.
  • maintain personal and environmental safety standards as per guidelines of safety & security department.
  • to ensure proper handing over/taking over at the changing shift.
  • deliver the material to various departments against msr / transfer notes
  • ensure quality of services as per organization’s standards.


  • minimum matric and preferable intermediate 
  • at least 1year working experience in any warehouse will be preferred. 
  • person must have data entry skills, aware for documentation, ability to work in team with good coordination
