The members of the Teachers’ Academy contribute to the development and sustainability of the overall quality of teaching at the university by engaging in peer mentorship activities, including supporting QTL_net faculty development activities such as:
• Mentoring peers on one-on-one basis.
• Engaging in their unit, QTL_net or wider University professional development activities.
• Taking a leadership role on a new initiative that they have identified a need for e.g., development of manuals on a signature pedagogy, assessment methodology etc.
• Championing best practices in teaching within their own departments and entities.
