We are very proud to announce that ISMC's Director, Professor Leif Stenberg has been elected as the Vice-President of EURAMES (Nordic Society for Middle Eastern Studies), an association of national scholarly societies for Middle Eastern studies, which carries out networking and research-related activities. The announcement was made at the WOCMES 2018 conference Seville.
