Edward Grassby joined the Aga Khan University's Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations (AKU-ISMC) in January 2020 as the Coordinator, Academic Programmes and Dean’s Office and was promoted to Assistant Manager, Operations and Programmes in January 2021. He is a PRINCE 2 Project Manager and works on several projects relating to financial processes, consultancies and academic collaborations. Edward completed his BA in Politics at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) which included a year-abroad in Copenhagen University. Edward graduated from QMUL in 2019 receiving First-Class Honours and was the 2019 recipient of the Professor Lord Smith of Clifton Prize for the best dissertation in the field of public policy. Previously working as a Parliamentary Intern for Rt. Hon Sir Oliver Letwin, Edward maintains a keen interest in UK policy and current affairs.
