What you will learn

Teaching of children in their early years is the foundation to all other learning in their lives.  Are you doing it right? This course will transform how you handle young children. In this course you will learn how to promote early year’s literacy and numeracy by using age appropriate teaching methods.  You will design and develop materials that are easily accessible in your environment and learn how to respond to and integrate socio-culture in learning as well as best practices to engage parents and community in children’s learning.

  • Teaching methods that respond to children’s preferred ways of learning.
