The course aims to promote participants to examine leadership and management in nursing roles. Participants will have an opportunity to integrate the structural, human resource, political, and symbolic framework, utilize major organizational theories and concepts to improve effective leadership in their practice and within the larger healthcare system. The role and impact of nurse leaders in healthcare organizations will be addressed throughout the course.
Eligibility:
Sixteen years of education – an undergraduate degree
from an accredited /recognized university
