This conference will give participants the opportunity to explore and discuss how nurses have taken significant leadership roles in health policy, planning, and health care provision. Furthermore the conference will provide a forum to discuss how the scope of nursing education, practice and research has broadened, and how emerging and evolving roles in nursing are rising to meet the challenge of health care.
The conference also aims to provide alumni a forum to get together with other alumni, AKUSONAM faculty, development partners, and health entities both in government and private sector to advance nursing education and practice in the East African region. Submit your abstracts
