Dr. Jacqueline Maria Dias
Dr. Jacqueline Maria Dias, RN, RM, BScN (Canada), MEd (UK), Advance Diploma in Health Professions Education (AKU), PhD-Nursing Education (Italy).
Dr. Dias holds the Nurudin Jivraj Professorship of Nursing. She is the Interim CO-Director at the Centre for Innovation in Medical Education (CIME) and the Associate Professor & Director, Post RN BScN Programme and Blended Learning at the Aga Khan University School of Nursing and Midwifery (AKU-SONAM).
In addition she is also Chair of CIME Marketing Committee and the Committee of Course Development and Review.
Dr. Dias has been an educator for the last 30 years. She completed her BScN from Mac Master University, Hamilton, Canada and her Master’s in Education from the University of Wales, U.K. Her doctorate was in Nursing Education from Ambrosiana University, Milan, Italy.
She has successfully completed Comprehensive Instructor Workshop, Institute for Medical Simulation in collaboration with Harvard University, MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology and Josiah Macy Jr Foundation at Centre for Medical Simulation Boston Massachusetts, USA September 12-16, 2016.
