evelop your use of English language for writing. An ELE_net Writing Advisor will provide feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of your writing and give guidance on language - range, accuracy and appropriateness. Staff member Qayam

Writing Feedback Service, which is available on the AKU VLE for free. A detailed feedback was then provided with recommendations as to how I can improve various aspects of my writing. The process is simple and I found ELE_net to be very professional..”
Language Accuracy in Writing Blended
The first Language Accuracy in Writing Blended
course was completed recently by students in Tanzania. This course, one of
three academic writing courses offered by ELE_net, aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop accuracy in academic writing. Students were exposed to and practised elements of language that are essential for writing clear and accurate academic texts. Students provided positive feedback, commenting that "the activities in the course reflected the experiences we were going through in our current writing, and what we are supposed to do in our academic papers". The
Language Accuracy in Writing course is also offered online for students in all AKU campuses.
Writing
This online course is available for staff working at any campus at AKU. We currently have course participants enrolled from different departments, meeting together in weekly webinars with their tutor and practising writing tasks relevant to their roles. Individual feedback is provided with the aim of helping staff learn to write
correctly, clearly and concisely. If you struggle to
write clearly and concisely or make frequent grammar mistakes, then this
eight-week writing course will help increase your skills and boost your
confidence.
