Capacity Building Trainings

A series of on-going trainings for nurses, midwives and lady health visitors to address COVID-19 in Pakistan

Since, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Healthcare Professional (HSPs) inclusing nurses, midwives and lady health visitors are at the forefront to prevent, manage and control the subsequent crisis at various healthcare settings around the world. Thus, it is imperative to prepare them to deal with COVID-19.

The project proposes an integrated approach by synergizing the capabilities of nursing cadre, academia, regulatory bodies and funding agencies to address the issue. In doing so, this initiative will help prevent, manage and control COVID-19 cases efficiently in Pakistan, as well as prepare nursing educators across the country to move their teaching systems online.
