Development One of the greatest achievements of School of Nursing has been its faculty development. The three-year RN Diploma programme began with five national nursing faculty at tutor level supported by expatriate faculty. AKU-SON faculty have developed significantly in a short span of twenty years. At present, three faculty members hold Doctorates, 21 have Masters degrees and 29 have bachelors degrees, with only two diploma holders.
