USAID Awards US $4.5 Million Grant to Establish AKU’s Examination Board


Her Excellency Nancy Powell, US Ambassador to Pakistan, speaks at the USAID-AKU signing ceremony. USAID pledged $ 4.5 million for the establishment of the AKU Examination Board as an alternative to the existing board of secondary and higher education.

Her Excellency Nancy Powell, US Ambassador to Pakistan, and Shamsh Kassim-Lakha, President of AKU, sign the Cooperative Agreement between AKU and USAID. The USAID pledged $ 4.5 million to help AKU establish an alternative examination board.
