​Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics

​In 2024, the Department of Pediatrics and Child Health at Aga Khan University is launching the Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) fellowship program. This program is dedicated to offering specialized training in DBP to pediatric specialists, focusing on diagnostic assessment, early intervention, and ongoing care for children with developmental​​​ disabilities. The program aims to equip trainees with advanced skills and certification in pediatrics, fostering the development of future healthcare leaders in child development. Ultimately, the goal is to empower these professionals to implement evidence-based approaches that enhance the quality of healthcare for children with developmental disabilities in Pakistan.
