PET/CT Imaging Fellowship
The Section of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging services is offering one PET/CT fellowship for a period of 1 year. Department of Radiology, Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) Karachi, being the first Pakistan's healthcare facility accredited with Joint Commission International (JCI), maintains an excellent academic environment with a robust commitment to research and teaching in various disciplines. This fellowship will combine clinical PET training with protected research time and will provide an opportunity to work with novel PET radiotracers in various clinical domains (like oncology, neurology and cardiology) and research as well. During this programme fellow will also receive training in Nuclear Medicine and would get exposure to theranostic in nuclear medicine. The patient volume is sufficient for a well-rounded training.
Trainees will be supervised directly by NM and PET/CT Imaging faculty which will always be available for supervision, assistance, and consultation.
