The Human Resource Development Department is committed to enable the human resources at Aga Khan University (AKU) to achieve individual and institutional goals through the development of knowledge, skills and abilities.
The department serves the institution as an agent of change, so that through the creation of learning alliances, the knowledge, skills and attitudes of faculty and staff can be enhanced, leading to increased operational efficiency of the institution. It also plays the role of an in-house consultant which assists in solving specific work related problems through training and organisational development interventions.
