Biography
Ed Grassby joined the Aga Khan University's Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations (AKU-ISMC) in January 2020 as the Coordinator, Academic Programmes and Dean’s Office and was promoted to Assistant Manager, Operations and Programmes in January 2021 then Manger, Operations and Programmes in January 2023. He is a PRINCE 2 Project Manager and works on several projects relating to financial processes, consultancies and academic collaborations. Edward completed his BA in Politics at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) which included a year-abroad in Copenhagen University. Edward graduated from QMUL in 2019 receiving First-Class Honours and was the 2019 recipient of the Professor Lord Smith of Clifton Prize for the best dissertation in the field of public policy. Previously working as a Parliamentary Intern for Rt. Hon Sir Oliver Letwin, Edward maintains a keen interest in UK policy and current affairs.
