Discussing Cities - Forum on Urban Spaces

Discussing Cities is a space for thinking, research and discussion of the issues of lived and built environments. Discussing Cities has involved scholars from a number of institutions including the School of Oriental and African Studies, London and Freie Universität, Berlin.

The study of urban spaces allows for an exploration of society and its actors within their contexts and lived environments. As an open discussion forum, Discussing Cities allows for the transmission and exploration of scholarship in the fields of material history, urban studies and architecture in a variety of settings.
