PARE is governed by an Executive Council which comprises of 16 members. This Executive Council is the main policy making body. The Executive Council reflects a mix of government and private institutions for a greater outreach and impact of the association. Dr Nelofer Halai, Associate Professor, AKU-IED has been elected as President; Dr Hafiz Muhammad Iqbal, Director, Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab, as Vice President, and Dr Meher Rizvi, Assistant Professor AKU-IED as the Executive Secretary.
