Takbir Ali joined Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED) on June 10, 2002 as Instructor. Prior to that he was working as a Core Faculty from May 2001 to April 2002 and as a Professional Development Teacher (PDT) from June 1998 to December 2000 at Professional Development Centre in Northern areas (PDC, N).
