Rozina Sewani joined
Aga Khan University (AKU) Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED)
in March 2003 as a tutor for Educational Leadership and Management programme. She was later promoted to the position of Instructor in 2006. Currently, she is the Coordinator of Certificate in Leadership and Management Programme for Professional Development Centre for Chitral (PDCC). She has considerable teaching and research experience. She is currently involved in development of indigenous research, teaching of head teachers and stake holders of different schools, curriculum development for Open Distance Learning (ODL) and Training Teachers and Youth Educators for Community Schools. Her specialisations include: International Relations, Educational and International Development, School, Parents and Community Relationships, School as Learning Community with special emphasis on Educational Leadership and Management.
Ms Rozina has diverse educational and professional background. In the past, she has organised and managed educational, socio-economical upliftment projects for the impoverished, socio-economically challenged communities. She has also organised and managed educational, career guidance, physically and morally healthy lifestyle promoting projects and camps for school children and adolescents across Pakistan.
