Dr Razia Fakir Mohammad joined Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED) in 1996 as a Professional Development Teacher. She was appointed Senior Instructor in 1998 and was promoted Assistant Professor in 2004.
Dr Fakir Mohammad has both teaching and research experience. She specialises in Mathematics Education, Teacher Education, and Assessment and Evaluation. She conceptualised, taught and evaluated courses in the MEd programme at AKU-IED. Additionally, she has taken on the responsibility of leading the teams as a Course Leader.
