Nusrat Fatima Rizvi joined Aga Khan University Institute
for Educational Development (AKU-IED) in July 2004. She
is currently working as a Senior Instructor at the Institute.
Ms Rizvi teaches mathematics and science courses to MEd
students at AKU-IED. She is also doing research in the
same area. Currently, she is engaged in a study exploring
subject matter knowledge of practicing teachers of Pakistani
schools.
Ms Rizvi has had substantial experience in teaching mathematics
and science in different schools of Karachi, Pakistan.
She was one of the founder members of the Mathematics
Association of Pakistan (MAP).
