Muhammad Babur joined Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED) in May 2003. Currently, he is working with educational leaders and managers in Sindh and Baluchistan under the Education Sector Reform Assistance (ESRA) programme besides his research and teaching assignments.
For the last 15 years, Mr Babur has been associated with educational institutions through teaching, training and research. His major teaching responsibilities lie in the domain of Educational Leadership and Management. The courses include: Strategic Planning and Development; Project Management; Effective Leadership and Management; Planning and Change in Educational Organisations ; ICT in Education.
Before joining AKU-IED, he worked at the University of
Management and Technology, Lahore.
