Sports and Rehabilitation Centre

The Sports and Rehabilitation Centre is located at the Stadium Road Campus of Aga Khan University. It provides recreation facilities to students, faculty and staff for a certain amount of fee. Transport from AKU-IED to the Stadium Road Campus is available on a daily basis.

The sports centre offers opportunity to students, faculty and staff of the Institute to socialize with members of AKU community, as well as to participate in a variety of sports activities.

The sports centre contains a large swimming pool, a jogging/walking track, a gymnasium of international standards, fitness centre, lockers, a sports shop and a health cafeteria. The gymnasium has space for table tennis, badminton and basketball. Above the gymnasium are snooker, pool and carrum facilities. Coaching is offered for almost all the activities, including aerobics.
