Abstracts can be submitted for papers, symposia or posters through an online submission form, e-mail attachment or courier mail. They will be reviewed by the Conference Programme Committee and authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection of their submission.

Presenters are expected to submit a full paper following abstract acceptance. This will be published in the conference proceedings. Please underline the name(s) of presenting author(s). The papers can be co-authored but communication will be maintained with only one of the authors, who will be called the corresponding author and will be decided by the authors themselves. The corresponding author will be responsible for communicating with other author(s). In case of symposia, the convenor will be considered the corresponding author.

For deadlines please refer to the list of important dates. Specific guidelines for different forms of presentations are given below:

The symposia can be based on paper presentations, or could also use other media such as video excerpts or other forms of multi-media. In addition to the generic submission guidelines, the following specific information will be useful:

3. Poster Presentations

Poster presentations can be made by those participants whose work is more suitable for a pictorial format rather than an oral/verbal format. There will be no formal oral presentation associated with a poster. However, special time will be allocated for the gallery walk of posters, where presenters will be available to answer visitors' questions.
