Abstract Submission

Participants should submit their abstracts latest by August 15, 2008.

Abstracts will appear in the Abstracts Volume in exactly the same format submitted by the author. Authors are advised to follow the guidelines given below.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Complete the abstract form and submit it to the secretariat not later than August 15, 2008 . The official abstract form must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word version.

• All abstracts must be submitted in English via email to apecsa.secretariat@aku.edu

• The font to be used is Times New Roman, 12pts.

• The dimension of the page should be A4 (21cm X 29,7cm). The left, right, up and down margins should be 2cm.

• The title should be written in capitals and should not be longer than 200 characters (spaces included).

• The presenting author's name should be underlined.

• Leave a line between the affiliation and the body of abstract.

• The body of abstract should not be longer than 2000 characters (spaces included).

• Abstracts may contain italics, special characters.

• No figures or tables may be included in the abstract

• This is the format which should be used:
  • TITLE (Times New Roman 12, Boldface, Justified, no more than 200 characters spaces included)
  • First Author 1 , Second Author 2 . (Times New Roman 12, Justified)
  • 1 Author Affiliation (Times New Roman 12, Italics, Justified)
  • 2 Author Affiliation (if needed)
  • (leave one space)
  • Body of text (Times New Roman 12, Justified, Single space, no more than 2000 characters spaces included )

    RESULTS
    CONCLUSIONS

• Please indicate preferred mode of presentation
