A 25 year old patient suffered a road traffic accident while travelling on bike. He has an open fracture femur and blunt abdominal and chest trauma. He is drowsy but arousable. When he arrives in ER, his vitals are B.P. 60/40, pulse 160, SpO2 on room air 92%. After resuscitation he is taken to OR, but he continues to bleed during surgery. Intra operatively he suddenly drops his saturation and airway pressures increases. How will you manage? |
