Surgical management of Glaucoma in the black population. This is specifically in Randomized Controlled Trials of various surgical methods or modifications of the regular filtering procedures commonly done in Africa

Expanding the territories of OSEA from the 3 East Africa countries of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania to include other neighboring countries of Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia and Malawi
Forming affiliation with other societies in other parts of Africa, Middle East, Europe and North America
Advisory Leadership Group for Sub-Saharan Africa [ALGSA] I am a member of this is a group of 25 young Ophthalmologists from Sub-Saharan Africa appointed jointly by WHO and ICO [International Council of Ophthalmology] to offer leadership in delivery of quality eye care and eradication of preventable blindness in this region
