Shelina Jaffer completed her BEd in Secondary Education with a specialisation in history and geography from McGill University, Canada. She has taught in Japan, the Northern Areas of Pakistan, Canada, London, and most recently in Lebanon. While in the Middle East, she studied Arabic at the University of Damascus, Syria. A Canadian, Shelina has roots in Tanzania and speaks English and Kutchi. She enjoys yoga, oriental dance and would like to learn the art of Arabic calligraphy.
