Guidelines for Scheduling Visits

In order to efficiently facilitate your visit, we would require the following notice period for each type of orientation visit: 

General campus visit: Two weeks ahead of the visit
Programme specific visit: Three weeks in advance
Group visits: One month in advance 

In case of individual requests, we would need a minimum number of 10 visitors for which you will be confirmed of a visit date once required number is reached.

  • Brief description of the group
  • Total number of participants
Once the arrangements are in place we will confirm your visit schedule via email.​
