Curriculum Areas

​The Advanced Diploma in Education was formerly known as Subject Specialist Teacher Programme.

This is a one-year part-time programme that aims to provide further professional development for the graduates of certificate in education who wish to enhance their content knowledge.

The programme increases the competence and confidence of participants through field-based professional development and supports stronger collaboration and collegiality among participants to bring about school improvement.

These field-based programmes have been offered in five areas of specialisation: Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, English, and Primary Education.
