In line with this philosophy, the objective of our Management Traineeship Programme is to hire and groom young high-potential graduates and invest in the best available human resources to meet future needs of the institution.

AKU seeks to hire fresh graduates, who have completed their MBA as Management Trainees and BS, BE as Trainee Engineers/ Architects. Some of the features of Management Traineeship programme include:

Eligibility and Selection Process

Candidates who have Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 or above, and have completed their Academic Programmes in the current year or are expected to complete the same by December 31 are eligible to apply.
