The AKU Alumni Association General Body meeting was held at the Stadium Road Campus in Karachi, Pakistan, on Thursday, December 15, 2011, where active alumni from multiple academic entities in Pakistan as well as several overseas alumni participating via webcast discussed amendments to the AKU Alumni Association bylaws.
The final vote in favour of the amendments concluded an extensive process of deliberations yielding a governing document which it is hoped will empower the Alumni Association well into the future.
