The Patient Business Services Department (PBSD) offers various financial and administrative services to patients, attendants, staff members and faculty. The services include:

• Financial Counselling;
• Admission Assistance;
• Billing Services (inpatient and outpatient);
• Cashiering Services; and
• Credit and Collections (corporate and self-pay).

Some of the services provided include patient counselling, cost estimates, monitoring of all inpatient accounts while the patients are on-board, preparation and delivery of bills, recovery and collections. The Department is responsible for monitoring and maintaining patient accounts, provision of bills and ensuring timely recovery of all dues according to institutional policy. The Department also provides functional / operational support to various Hospital departments.
