Special Executive Clinic (Package B) - Day Care Package

• A t the Special Executive Clinic (Package B) the health-screening programme requires only one visit.
• You will be required to arrive at the Executive Clinic at 9:00 AM on the day of your appointment.
• You will undergo a series of diagnostic procedures in the Eye Clinic, Radiology and Physiological Measurement Services.
• You will have consultations with a consultant physician.

Coming to the Special Executive Clinic- Package B

• Appointment: Make an appointment directly with the Executive Clinic or through your own physician by calling:
                                      92-21-4861003 or 4861004.
• Prior to the visit : Arrange to collect urine and stool specimen containers (available at AKUH Laboratory and its off campus Specimen Collection Units).
• Twelve hours before the appointment : Fast for 12 hours before the appointment (you may drink water during this period). Breakfast will be served after the fasting blood test is carried out.
• Specimen of stool and urine should preferably be brought from home on the first visit to the Clinic.
• On the day of the appointment : In case you are in possession of a white plastic registration card, please bring it with you.
• Please report at 9:00 A.M sharp at Executive Clinic otherwise blood report will not be ready by the time you go for doctors' consultation. One attendant per patient is allowed.
• Male patient to come with chest shaved for ETT. Female patient to come one week after menstrual.
• An advance of Rs. 4,000/- will be requested for confirming your appointment.
• If your company is sponsoring your Executive Clinic visit, please make sure that you bring a letter of authorization on the day of your first visit. Otherwise cash payment in full will be required.
• Next day: Hepatitis B antibody/antigen results will be ready next day, and if positive, the patient will be informed.
• Two to four weeks later: Medical reports to be dispatched to the mailing address within two to four weeks from the date of doctor's consultation.
