Executive Clinic (Package A) - Outpatient Package

The basic health screening at the Executive Clinic (Package A) requires two visits:

First Visit

• This involves a series of laboratory tests, a chest X-ray, dental check-up and an electrocardiogram (ECG).
• It generally takes between 100 to 120 minutes.

Second Visit

• This visit is scheduled approximately a week or 10 days after the first visit.
• It includes a thorough physical check-up by a consultant physician who also discusses and counsels on various risk factors and test results as well as plans for treatment and follow-up of abnormalities detected.
• This visit takes about an hour.

Coming to the Executive Clinic

• Appointment: Make an appointment directly with the Executive Clinic or through your own physician by calling:
                                      92-21-4861003 or 4861004.
• One day before the appointment date : Please call to reconfirm your appointment and to register your full name and date of birth at the Executive Clinic.
• Twelve hours before the appointment : Fast for 12 hours before the appointment (you may drink water during this period). Breakfast will be served after the fasting blood test is carried out.
• Prior to the visit : Arrange to collect urine and stool specimen containers (available at AKUH Laboratory and its off campus Specimen Collection Units).
• Specimen of stool and urine should preferably be brought from home on the first visit to the Clinic. 
• On the day of the appointment : In case you are in possession of a white plastic registration card, please bring it with you.
• If your company is sponsoring your Executive Clinic visit, please make sure that you bring a letter of authorization on the day of your first visit. Otherwise cash payment in full will be required.
• A week or 10 days later: Your next visit i.e. doctor's consultation will follow in a week or 10 days after the initial visit.
