A.	Inpatient General Surgery Rates (total surgical charges):

	Total surgical charges consist of the following:

	Surgeon Fee - Specific charging structure for procedures (charges of specific procedures available on request) Anesthesiologist Fee - 40% to 60% of surgeon's fee. Operating Theater - Charges based on 15 min. units with three separate rate structures, based on the type of bed occupied.
