How To Apply
The last date to submit complete application form is February 20, 2013. Information on admissions and application material may be downloaded from the Application Form and Programme Information Booklet links in the left navigation bar.
When mailing, please write the name of the programme you have applied to and receipt of admission application processing fee.
Application Fee
The application fee is non-refundable; the payment can be made by a demand draft in favour of “The Aga Khan University”. Demand draft can be submitted at Professional Development Centre, North in Gilgit-Baltistan, Professional Development Centre, Chitral, or by online deposit to any branch of Soneri Bank Limited. Cash is not acceptable. The banking details are as follows:

Incomplete applications will not be processed by the Office of the Registrar. An application is considered incomplete when the requested documents are not enclosed.
Applications received after the closing date will not be processed. There is no provision for late applications.
Repeat Applications
Applicants not successful in the first attempt may apply again with additional information supporting their application. A fresh application together with necessary documentation must be submitted for a particular admission session. The University does not have a policy of carrying forward applications from one academic year to another.
Deferred Admissions
The University has no provision for deferring admissions. All selected candidates who do not start the programme in the year of admission, are required to apply afresh in the subsequent year.
