CEL’s mission is to instill in its students effective English language and communication skills for their academic and professional lives. It aims to accomplish this through innovative teaching, promotion of independent learning, on-line and blended input and engagement in English Language Teaching (ELT) related research. 

 

For this, CEL offers various programmes:
