| | Details | This executive course examines the changing nature and dynamics of leadership in a globalising world. It will focus on understanding globalisation; its impact on nature and the dynamics of educational institutions in the developing world and how a leader is expected to lead an organisation in an environment that is at the same time globalising and localising.
The crux of the course is to generate insight into the ways in which institutions can adapt to globalisation and how leadership can become a driving force for mobilising ideas and actions which can lead to ‘globalisation of goodness’
Course Objectives
The course will help participants:
- develop an understanding of the changing nature and meaning of leadership and education in the context of globalisation.
- examine the changing dynamics of institutions and leadership.
- analyse the impact of globalisation on educational institutions.
- generate insights for leadership related possibilities and challenges in a globalised world.
