​​This course will provide you with an opportunity to:

  • understand the notion of learning, learning organisation, organisational learning and learning communities
  • ​learn various research-based models of organisational learning
  • enhance insights into the collaborative and social aspects of organisational learning
  • design organisational development plans in order to improve schools/institutions into high performing learning organisations and communities
Who should attend?

Heads of educational institutions, subject coordinators, educational planners and administrators, individuals working in NGOs on educational planning and improvement projects, graduate and postgraduate students from educational institutions who deal with educational development projects.

Course fee: Rs. 6,000/- per participant

P​​rogramme Facilitator

Ms Zubeda Bana, is an Assistant Professor at Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development. She has extensive experience of designing and teaching teacher education and educational leadership and management programmes in a variety of settings within and outside Pakistan. Her research interest are in improving schools in disadvantaged rural areas. As one of the founding members of the School Head teacher Association for Development of Education (SHADE), she plays an important role in contributing towards school development in Pakistan.
