Patient Family Education and Patient Family Rights Celebration Day - Poster Competition

Aga Khan University Hospital invites you to submit your original artwork for a Poster Competition on the theme of “Patient Family Education and Patient Family Rights A Journey Towards Excellence”.

Posters will be displayed at the Aga Khan University Medical College Courtyard on Tuesday, August 7, 2007.

The posters should artistically depict your views on the above theme. The best three posters will be awarded a complimentary prize.

Guidelines for Poster Submission:

• The size of each poster should be 36”x 36” with a margin of 1½” on all four sides;
• The message portrayed should be clear and self-explanatory;
• Poster content should be clearly visible from a distance of eight feet;
• Poster paper can be of any colour to enhance visibility and creativity;
• The contestant’s name should be clearly written on the back of the poster (Anonymous or unidentified posters will not be displayed).
