Citizenship Rights and Responsibilities Project (CRRP). The objective
of the project is to prepare teachers for active and responsible
citizenship through promotion of citizenship, human rights and conflict
resolution education. Under this programme, AKU-IED is providing
training to about 30 teachers from all over
Pakistan
.
The programme
was not originally planned for AKU-IED to deliver. But the Institute’s
performance as a project partner and its repute as a quality teacher
training institute led to the alternative proposal of training educators
at AKU-IED.
