Saima Faisal Ali is Assistant Manager, Human Resources and joined the Institute in September 2005. She holds an Honours degree in Business Administration and an MBA with specialisation in Human Resource Management. She is a licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Prior to joining AKU-ISMC she worked in the Human Resource department of the First Micro Finance Bank in Pakistan.
