Aga Khan University (AKU) Section of Orthopaedics, Department of Surgery is pleased to announce the 4 th Ilizarov Course from April 25 – 27, 2008 .

This is a basic course intended mainly for orthopaedic trainees with minimum of four year training in general orthopaedics and evidence of interest in learning Ilizarov technique. The course will concentrate primarily on improving the understanding of the basic procedures that an orthopaedic trainee has to perform. Recent advances in Ilizarov techniques will also be discussed.
